Regular Article Processing Charge — IDR 4,000,000

The Article Processing Charge applies to manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and have received an official acceptance decision.

The publication charge supports:

Priority / Fast-Track Review Handling — IDR 4,500,000

Authors with legitimate time-sensitive publication needs may request Priority / Fast-Track Review Handling.

Under this service, the manuscript receives prioritized editorial handling. Where considered necessary and feasible by the Editor, additional qualified reviewer(s) may be assigned so that parts of the academic evaluation can proceed in parallel. This mechanism is intended to reduce unnecessary waiting time in the regular review queue while preserving the independence and quality of peer review.

Priority / Fast-Track Review cannot be used to bypass:

• Initial editorial screening
• Independent peer review
• Required revision
• Re-review where necessary
• Plagiarism and similarity screening
• Research ethics verification
• Authorship verification
• Reference and data verification where required
• Editorial decision-making
• Copyediting and proofreading
• Technical and production checking

Reviewer assignment, reviewer recommendations, and final editorial decisions remain under the independent authority of the Editorial Office.

Additional Production Charges

The standard Article Processing Charge includes manuscripts of up to 20 final formatted pages and up to 2 figures.

Example of Additional Charge Calculation

An accepted regular article consists of:

• 23 final formatted pages = 3 additional pages
• 4 figures = 2 additional figures

Payment Does Not Mean Acceptance

A manuscript is considered ACCEPTED only after an official acceptance decision has been issued by the Editor or Editorial Office.

The following do not automatically constitute acceptance:

• Submission confirmation
• Successful initial screening
• Reviewer recommendation
• Submission of revision
• Completion of re-review
• Fast-track request
• Estimated publication schedule
• Invoice issuance
• Administrative communication

Editorial Independence

Publication charges, additional production charges, and fast-track requests do not influence reviewer recommendations or the Editor's independent decision. All manuscripts remain subject to academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, relevance to the journal's Focus and Scope, and all applicable peer-review and editorial policies.

Withdrawal Administrative Fees are regulated separately according to the manuscript's editorial stage and the editorial, peer-review, administrative, and/or production resources already committed to the manuscript. Authors should consult the Author Guidelines and Manuscript Withdrawal Policy before requesting withdrawal.
