Review Process Policy

Child Education Journal applies a double-blind peer-review process to support scholarly quality, transparency, fairness, and publication integrity.

1. Initial Editorial Screening

Submitted manuscripts are assessed for relevance to the journal's scope, originality, adherence to author guidelines, research ethics, and minimum scholarly quality.

2. Reviewer Assignment

Eligible manuscripts are normally assigned to at least two qualified reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript. Reviewers are selected based on scholarly competence, independence, and absence of significant conflicts of interest.

3. Substantive Evaluation

  • Originality and contribution to the field.
  • Quality of theoretical foundations.
  • Appropriateness of research methodology.
  • Validity and interpretation of research findings.
  • Quality of discussion and conclusions.
  • Ethical compliance and reference quality.

4. Reviewer Recommendations

Reviewers submit constructive comments and recommendations. Their assessments inform editorial decisions, but do not replace the independent judgement of the handling editor.

5. Revisions and Editorial Decisions

Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts and respond systematically to reviewer comments. Further review may be conducted when appropriate. Final decisions are made by the authorized editor.

6. Confidentiality

Editors and reviewers must protect manuscript confidentiality, disclose conflicts of interest, and maintain professional and objective judgement.
