Child Education Journal is committed to transparent publication charges, independent peer review, and ethical scholarly publishing. No fee is charged at the manuscript submission stage. Publication-related charges, where applicable, are processed only after an official editorial acceptance decision.

Publication Services

Applicable publication charges support copyediting, proofreading, article layout and typesetting, metadata checking, DOI processing, reference verification, final production checks, online publication, and digital archiving.

Payment Policy

Publication charges, where applicable, are payable only after a manuscript has received a formal acceptance decision. Submission or completion of peer review does not constitute acceptance.

Priority Review

Priority review requests are subject to editorial approval and reviewer availability. Such requests do not guarantee acceptance or bypass independent peer review, required revisions, ethical screening, or editorial quality standards.

Editorial Independence

Publication charges do not influence reviewer recommendations or editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated according to their scholarly quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope.
