Peer Review Policy

All articles that we received must be original and will be reviewed as a Double-blind review manuscript by the editorial board and the reviewer. In this process, one manuscript will be reviewed at least 2 reviewers. In this case, the final decision is made by the editor based on the result decisions from the reviewer.  After being reviewed, there will be four kinds of editor decisions based on reviewer's recommendation:

 » Accept Submission: The submission will be accepted without revision

 » Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes have been made 

 » Resubmit for Review: The submission needs to be re-worked, but with significant changes, may be accepted. It will require a second round of review, however. 

» Decline Submission: The submission will be not published in the journal.
