Open Access Policy

The Journal of Health Community Service (JHCS) provides direct access to journal content openly with the principle open to the public in favor of a greater global exchange of knowledge. The Journal of Health Community Service (JHCS) will not charge a subscription or access fee. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for, or link to the full text of all articles in the Journal of Health Community Service (JHCS).
